Stupidly small intelligence to start,

And then growth,

Or else.

Eirdicht

A proto-harness for proto-agents

Intelligence, right-sized & own-grown

The idea behind Eirdicht is that own-grown intelligence is what a lot of people are looking for. It fits the gap between:

  • Hard-coded logic: brittle, limited, quick, cheap, and local.
  • LLMs, whether cloud or own-hosted: powerful, harnessed, ponderous, expensive, and typically remote.

The middle-ground right now is agent-written code with vibed-in embellishments, often through libraries and API calls.

Instead, Eirdicht provides a "living layer" of intelligence that grows from basic initial needs up through any degree of complexity. Explore each of the three branches as temporary Bake the intelligence into Eirdicht rather than the code. Access that intelligence in a broad sense across all your devices, apps, agentic environments, and so on. You are free to while leaving you free to

Proto-agent: the digital half of a stupidly small and simple agentic "atom". Eirdicht's version is named Telospore.

Proto-harness: the sparse substrate a proto-agent needs to sprout. Eirdicht's version is named Eirdicht. Don't ask.
